Manager, Treasury (18-month contract)

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT, Business or Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• Strong knowledge in accounting requirements, as well as treasury activities and banking products such as loans, fixed deposits, investment products, derivatives, FX spots etc.
• Meticulous with attention to details
• Possess good organizational and communication skills
• At least 6 years’ experience in Treasury operations and/or finance projects involving implementation of major system roll-out
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience in PeopleSoft, SAP and Bloomberg systems will be advantageous

• Support Accounting / Treasury teams in SAP system roll-out, including UAT testing and go-live sign-off
• Represent Accounting / Treasury as the key representative on SAP system implementation
• Craft, review and implement specific user / business requirements for Accounting /Treasury teams
• Liase with project manager and various stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery of deliverables
• Manage project timeline and ensure project deliverables are delivered timely accordingly project deadline
• Guide Accounting / Treasury members to familiarize with project requirement, SAP system set up and testing
• Develop and update SOPs and control processes impacted by new system implementation
• Support any other ad hoc project requests
