Description:
** This role is onsite, onsite policies currently require 3 days a week in our Portland, OR area HQ but are subject to change.
YOU HAVE
- 8+ years of proven US benefits and leaves knowledge and experience, ideally in a multi-state, 2000+ employee environment; retail industry is a plus
- 3-5 years of demonstrated team management experience, including leadership techniques to support a diverse team’s development and growth
- HR systems knowledge and experience collaborating with technical teams, preferably Workday and benefit vendors
- Proven ability to model critical thinking, program management, and collaboration and build these skills within the team
- Strong financial acumen and ability to set standards and budgets for programs and projects
- Persuasive communication skills and proven success in designing, proposing, gaining leadership support, and implementing effective benefit programs and solutions
