Manager - Usage Reporting and Analytics
Manager - Usage Reporting and Analytics provides strategic direction and coordination for the team of usage analysts. Acts as key partner for SAM Commercial Governance team on all usage and over-usage programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• People management experience leading a large team
• Understanding of staffing issues and concepts of human resources, finance policies and processes
• Experience with conflict resolution and disciplinary methods
• Experience with implementing operational improvement tools and methods
• Understands the implementation of data governance and controls
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle change and challenge existing processes
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Oversee the reporting side of the Overusage program for various Refinitiv/LSEG products
• Engagement with stakeholder across Sales and Account Management and Proposition Teams by providing product usage statistics
• Partnership with Sales, Proposition and product team to help identify any products/firms at risk of cancellation
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of usage reports and dashboards
• Develop a plan to standardize and centralize usage reporting to promote consistency
• Develop process improvements to increase usage reporting efficiency
• Work with different teams to identify a solution to facilitate the collection, consolidation and integration of data from all sources to help facilitate usage reporting, drive data quality and timely access to data
• Recruit, lead, and ensure effective training to achieve high professional operational standards.
• Maintains a stable and efficient team operational environment, clear allocation of duties within own team, and drive cross-training initiatives for resource balancing
• Take an active role in reviewing metric reports. Formulate and implement action plans to address recurring issues.
• Leads team and ensures all issues are handled appropriately and according to company policy.
• Drive innovation and learning culture within the team. Challenge team and expect high standards, leading by example.
