Description:
You will be responsible for the organisation’s website design, as well as researching and developing quality controls and innovative improvements to ensure digital best practice.
- Lead the design and implementation of best practice and innovative digital strategies, solutions, policies, content, governance, planning and analysis for multiple QRA customers.
- Lead the development and implementation of guidelines, information architecture, online written style guides, accessibility requirements, government standards, web analytics and reporting.
- Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of effective reporting, evaluation, metrics and analysis to inform web and digital communication and engagement strategies to evaluate the usability and performance of our sites as effective service delivery tools.
- Manage the performance of external suppliers, contractors and vendors commissioned to deliver digital products and services and manage the budget for these services/products.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement activities to measure the effectiveness of online services and implement projects or strategies to improve the user experience.
- Develop, test and implement quality controls for information architecture and digital best practice for the team and stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver expertly written and presented communication campaigns for a range of audiences and monitor and evaluate outcomes against strategic communication performance targets.
- Lead a team of communication and engagement specialists to deliver strategic and operational objectives by modelling collaborative relationships and a high-performance workplace culture.
