Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will help us build out our solution offering on skill-based talent management by supporting clients in:
- Developing compelling business cases outlining the benefits of skill-based approaches to talent management, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to articulate the value proposition of skill-based strategies in driving organizational performance, innovation, and competitiveness.
- Formulating skill strategies aligned with organizational objectives, taking into account current capabilities, future needs, and industry trends.
- Designing implementation roadmaps for the adoption of skill-based approaches that span the entire talent lifecycle.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to pinpoint future skills or critical skill gaps, and developing tailored plans to build those future skills or bridge skill gaps.
- Evaluating and recommending skill management technologies and platforms that support the organization’s talent strategy and facilitate skill identification, tracking, and development.
- Supporting the implementation and integration of skill-based technology solutions
- Developing change management strategies to drive adoption of skill-based approaches and measure success.
You may also work on broader topics across strategic talent management and transformation projects.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS. TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
- Relevant consulting or industry experience in skill-based talent management, strategic workforce planning, capability building, future job roles and skills, HR data and analytics, culture or leadership transformation
- Experience in setting-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering skill-based talent management, strategic workforce planning, or future skills and job roles
- Experience in transformation projects, skill management, competency development and future oriented talent topics
- Fluency in English, with German / Swiss German and French highly beneficial
