REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Familiarity with TPGateway and Skilleto platform are preferred
• IT savy and proficient in MS office applications.

• Take accountability for securing course funding, overseeing accreditations, and managing certification audits.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate, current records of training materials, curriculum, guidelines, and policies.
• Coordinate and oversee the responsibilities of course coordinators and internal trainers.
• Supervise operations personnel to guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of training facilities and equipment.
• Collect and analyze course feedback systematically.
• Proactively suggest adjustments or updates to training materials and content based on feedback from both learners and trainers.Monitor the performance of assistant trainers to uphold the quality of training delivery.
