JOB DESCRIPTION AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and digital media sales (with a preference for mobile experience) is a prerequisite.
  • Possess a robust background in the digital advertising industry, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in display and programmatic advertising. Awareness of other advertising channel including social media advertising, search engine marketing, and display advertising is highly valuable. This expertise equips you to make informed decisions, foster innovation, and adeptly navigate the evolving landscape of digital advertising.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of key AdTech markets in Asia (SG, AU, HK, TW, TH, MY, etc),
  • encompassing their unique challenges, competitive landscapes, regulatory frameworks, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong local networks and connections within the industry, agencies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom Group, etc.), and potential partners offer invaluable insights, promote collaboration, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, inspiring and motivating diverse teams while fostering collaboration and cultivating a positive work environment. Proficiency in delegation, communication, and mentorship is crucial for empowering teams and achieving collective objectives.
