Description:
Due to the expansion of the sales structures, Entalpia Europe Sp. z o.o. an international manufacturer and distributor of HVACR, cooling and ventilation systems is looking for an experienced, ambitious and goal-oriented candidates for the position.
REQUIREMENTS - THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- experience in a similar position,
- very good command of the English language
- understand what it take to manage a business and use the insights to gain better understanding of a client’s need and to position the right offerings to bring value to the client
- deep experience of building and leading sales team, managing leading and scaling teams, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to motivate others, independence very good organization of own work, systematic action
- ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles and produce desired outcomes
- strong commercial awareness and project management ability, knowledge of tools and methods of project management
- ability to manage time and work under pressure
- ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Processes, Technology & Controls
- working closely with the Practice teams to delivery all innovation projects as agreed

Responsibilities:
- implementation and active participation in the creation of the company’s commercial policy
- creating a sales strategy for the channel of cooperation with partners, active search for market advantages
- building partnership and lasting relationships with customers
- building a sales team in order to actively acquire new B2B customers and service them at the highest level
- representing the company on the local market and during industry events
- actively conducting the company’s sales activities through the development and acquisition of new partners
- strengthening and developing long-term business relationships with customers / partners and caring for a positive image of the company
- negotiating the terms of trade agreements and joint activities with partners
- ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of sales activities
