BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an unparalleled opportunity to drive impactful change and influence the direction of our company’s HR landscape. As part of our dynamic HR Operations & Transformation team, you’ll collaborate directly with the CEO, CHRO, and senior leaders to drive impactful change.

We are looking for top performers to join the team and play a leading role across critical priorities, including:

  • Strategic Vision: Spearhead the forward-thinking transformation journey of our HR function, including driving changes in Operating Model and Service delivery to drive business success
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and deliver world-class HR service delivery including process improvements across all of our HR services
  • Change Management: Lead the design and execution of change management strategies to support organizational initiatives, including the implementation of a new HR system
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Utilize data analytics to inform HR decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to drive synergies and alignment across the organization.

As part of our dynamic Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll collaborate directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and senior leaders to redefine our corporate landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead project strategy for major HR Transformation and change management related to a new HR system implementation in close partnership with HR technology lead
  • Drive innovative thinking on HR strategy development and problem solving based on own experience and others’ expertise.
  • Use deep expertise in Strategy/HR to structure approaches to address complex projects and ambiguous problems, understand and articulate the potential paths to solutions, and align the right people/resources against the right work streams.
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans with clear owners, timing/milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage and conduct objective analysis/research on current and emerging market trends, project/staff management, key operating metrics, and other related topics to inform strategic options.
  • Clearly summarize gathered data and facts, develop logical and compelling storylines and presentations, confidently communicate/present findings to Executive Committee and to other senior management; express own opinion supported by data/facts.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including mentoring and coaching senior and junior staff on the HR Operations team and beyond; proactively manage team to deliver actionable output.
  • Develop deep, trusted advisor relationships senior HR leaders and senior business management.
