CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Foster a customer-centric culture among cafe staff, emphasizing exceptional service and personalized experiences.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry, with a focus on managing multiple locations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
