Job Description Summary:
We are looking for an experienced business leader that is ready to take on a new challenge and go the extra mile with a focus on our media agency business growth

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage the 80+ people within the media business in Finland and build culture, community and united vision across the team
• Plan, set up and monitor revenue streams, financial budgets and agree on financial targets in cooperation with CEO
• Effectively mobilise agency resources to ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and budget
• Create and sustain an employee brand that makes dentsu Finland a positive destination for the talent needed now and for the future. Attract new talent and capability into the business.
• Simplify the ways of working and service models to maximise profitability and competitiveness in the marketplace
• Overall responsibility for the quality of our media product. Successfully assimilate new market opportunities at speed.
• Accelerate our sales culture and mindset
• Key role in implementing dentsu Finland strategy in building our integrated offering around media, creative and CX competences
• Drive through key development initiatives in line with market and global strategy as well as with client expectations
• Be a brand ambassador and a recognised thoughtleader in the market
• Responsibility for PNL

Professional Skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and take people on the journey with you
• Understanding on media agency business and end to end Media Planning & Activation
• Proven track record of sales oriented mindset and bringing business growth
• Strong experience on leading people, account management
• A transparent leader focused on people with the power to influence and create change
