NINE dot ARTS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to lead our Business Development, Client Success, and Marketing teams and take them to the next level. We need you to maximize our current systems, drive growth and expansion in our target markets, and lead the team to achieve increased sales goals year after year.

Responsibilities:

This position is a key connection point between executive leadership and the Sales/Marketing functions of NINE dot ARTS, synthesizing multiple inputs to create an effective and efficient team.

The Managing Director of Growth ensures that NINE dot ARTS engages with potential clients early enough to maximize our value story and build relationships with more leads in a systematic and consistent way.

  • Establishes a competitive presence in new markets utilizing existing systems in a way that is replicable and scalable for future target cities. Catapults NINE dot ARTS into new growth and achieving stretch sales targets.
  • Supports and enhances the sales-driven strategic direction and vision for the NINE dot ARTS sales function.
  • Provides day-to-day management and direction to the Directors of Business Development, Client Success, and Marketing. Facilitates alignment between the three teams with an eye to efficiency and effective communication.
  • Uses data effectively to drive execution of NINE dot ARTS’s Sales and Marketing strategy and helps the team achieve company revenue goals.
  • Evaluates current sales systems and processes to identify areas for added effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborates as a key support in NINE dot ARTS sales initiatives, enhancing visibility through participation in substantial networking and business events.
  • Manages and expands the NINE dot ARTS referral partner network of architects, designers and consultants.
  • Incorporates diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA) goals into all aspects of Sales/Marketing and annual performance goals, and demonstrates the values outlined in our paper, The Art of Representation (https://ninedotarts.com/the-art-of-representation/).

This role reports to the COO Adele Grundies (https://www.linkedin.com/in/adele-grundies-30175061/) and can work remotely from any of the following metro areas: Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; or Atlanta, GA. 30-50% travel to participate in client touchpoints, industry events, and team meetings.
