Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales team, you will;
- Take ownership to support the pre-existing client accounts, from large pharmacies to smaller wellness clinics
- You will be the first point of contact for client communications, processing of orders and up selling of new products
- Overseeing all stakeholder and client relationships to a high standard
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience working in sales administration or customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
- Mandarin speaking is preferred but ability to read, write and comprehend is acceptable
- A strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships
