THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales team, you will;

• Take ownership to support the pre-existing client accounts, from large pharmacies to smaller wellness clinics
• You will be the first point of contact for client communications, processing of orders and up selling of new products
• Overseeing all stakeholder and client relationships to a high standard

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience working in sales administration or customer service
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
• Mandarin speaking is preferred but ability to read, write and comprehend is acceptable
• A strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships
