We are hiring 2-3 full-time Sushi chefs and Sous Chefs in a busy Japanese Restaurant in Dublin 2. Successful candidates will be willing to learn new skills, able to follow specifications, and able to engage with our customers, while demonstrating passion for delivering high quality food products. Main duties -Making high quality products following brand standards Ensuring the preparation area is well maintained, clean and welcoming Being able to respond to customer queries Complying with the food safety and ensuring our customers are receiving the best product prepared in the safest environment managing the kiosk, including ordering, stock taking, people management and training etc. About you -Enthusiastic, energetic and shows initiative. A good understanding of food safety. Enjoys working within a team and taking own initiative. Able to multitask. Good communicator. Customer service experience. Organised.
