Responsibilities:
- New Manhattan SCALE implementations using standard workflows and minimum customisation
- Work with stakeholders to facilitate integration solutions deployment using solutions defined by integration architect
- Analysis of new enhancement for improvements to existing Manhattan SCALE solutionsIdentify application software problems and provide appropriate technology break fix support
- Supporting business requirements definition through delivery and to successful completion, including technical analysis of business requirements and process flows, configuration and development, testing, deployment, and training execution
- System and Operational process analysis, and maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures
