Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies. You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across various disciplines, identify conceptual designs, and maintain program architecture for build projects. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will lead the implementation of manufacturing plans, conduct producibility analyses, and ensure that manufacturing capabilities align with project requirements. Your role will involve resolving technical challenges, implementing new engineering principles and technologies, and validating complex solutions for production readiness while incorporating lean principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions
  • Identify and implement conceptual designs while maintaining program architecture
  • Lead the implementation of manufacturing plans
  • Conduct producibility and variation analyses to match manufacturing process capability with requirements
  • Assist in providing producibility information for project plans
  • Analyze design/build concepts for producible definitions
  • Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule
  • Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts
  • Validate solutions to ensure production readiness while implementing lean principles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
