OUR CLIENT IS AN AEROSPACE MNC, MARKET LEADER IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A MANUFACTURING ENGINEER FOR THE NEXT PHRASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN WEST.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the manufacturing process, managing activities from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished parts.
• Develop and update work instructions using solid modelling, aligned with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Create designs for tooling, fixtures, and gauges.
• Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including organizing pre-production pilot runs and providing training for team members.
• Provide technical assistance to the Production team to meet technical and quality standards.
• Collaborate with OEMs on product requirements, process qualifications, and technology advancements.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to the company system
• Assist in the development of Request for Quote (RFQ) proposals and processes.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirement

• Min degree in engineering
• Min 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Precision Engineering
• Proficient in programming using CAD/CAM and Experience with CNC machining
• Experience in heat treatment, welding, non-conventional machining.
