Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Aristocrat, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing, developing, and optimising production methodologies. From evaluating existing processes to championing continuous improvement projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing product quality, efficiency, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from concept to mass production, driving us towards world-class quality levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver on manufacturing engineering KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost to drive departmental performance
- Develop and modify line layouts for maximum efficiency and safety
- Analyse and optimise production processes to achieve world-class quality levels
- Champion continuous improvement projects to maximise yield and capacity
- Contribute to the design and development of production fixtures to aid in the assembly, handling, and packaging of electronic gaming machines and their components.
- Analyse data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Provide support to address production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with development engineering teams to evaluate process technologies and suppliers.
