We are seeking an experienced hands on Manufacturing Engineer to join our small but growing team. You will be close to the action and have creative freedom.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in medical devices or similar highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to manufacturing processes.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with process optimization techniques such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software for product design analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools for process improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering trials to test and refine manufacturing processes.
- Specify and procure equipment necessary for production operations.
- Critically analyse product designs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Write clear and concise work instructions to guide manufacturing operations.
- Develop and write validation protocols, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
- Execute validation protocols to validate equipment and processes according to regulatory requirements.
