Responsibilities:

WHAT’S THE ROLE:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be tasked with ensuring a safe and environmentally friendly workplace for all. You’ll actively seek out opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery timelines. Your role involves evaluating and improving manufacturing processes through the design of jigs, fixtures, and equipment modification.
Additionally, you’ll lead improvement projects, and design and provide engineering support to maintenance teams. You are required to work with the production team to understand the requirements, provide updates on the improvement projects, and meet the expected deliverables. Join us in enhancing existing products and processes while contributing to our commitment to excellence and efficiency.
As an Engineer, your role involves effective communication with various stakeholders, including Manufacturing Engineers, Managers, Supervisors, and shop floor employees. You’ll collaborate closely with the maintenance supervisor for improvement or capital project execution.
Understanding production needs is crucial as you provide optimal solutions to streamline processes and meet production targets. Your ability to coordinate with different teams and align production activities will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer demands. Join us in driving productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.
Overall, you’ll analyze process requirements within a pressure piping manufacturing facility. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving higher productivity levels and meeting quality standards.
