1. POSITION SUMMARY:

To work with the engineering team in Lebanon ( and at times Niles) to prepare and maintain an accurate CAD drafting documents. Additionally, this position will be responsible for programming production equipment as well as auditing engineering estimates.Proper designing, and creation of CAD piping layouts and estimated bills of material as expected by Perma-Pipe.

EDUCATION:

At a minimum, college level or equivalent of CAD instruction in AutoCAD products with a solid understanding of both 2D and 3D capabilities found in AutoCAD and other piping layout software such as CADWorx.

EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrate skills from previous experience in CAD environments where engineering documents were prepared for both manufacturing purposes and overall customer based prints.

QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENT:

Strong mathematical skills, knowledge of dimensional measurements, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, and work well in a team environment.
