Description:
Are you looking for a new opportunity to assist our Engineering team and work in a manufacturing environment? Workrite Ergonomics, an internationally recognized leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative ergonomic and space optimization products for the workplace, is looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join the team in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Engineering team by assisting with a variety of manufacturing processes including:
- Assist in identifying and implementing new and innovative manufacturing processes
- Assist in resolving process-related inefficiencies and championing process improvement project
- Provide process engineering and support of existing processes
- Perform assignments that have moderately complex objectives and require the investigation of multiple variables
- Assist in troubleshooting of a product and perform Root-cause analysis
- Ability to manage and drive projects to completion
- Assist with the analysis of statistical process analysis on new and existing products
