With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in their industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking to attract into their team a Manufacturing Engineer who will contribute to the company’s success.
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the design and optimisation of processes utilised at the business to produce customer goods efficiently and to required customer specifications.

As Manufacturing Engineer, typical responsibilities will be to: -

  • Study production and machine requirements.
  • Develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
  • Aid with the specification for design of new equipment.
  • Liaise with customers to update on order progress.
  • Organise and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
  • Optimise facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance.
  • Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and implement CI activity and removal of waste within the business.

The successful candidate will: -

  • Be capable of producing data driven and analysed solutions.
  • Have a good understanding of 8D problem solving.
  • Have a solid understanding of APQP & PPAP.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects to agreed deadlines.
