Your area of responsibility
Design, develop and revise paint application and paint equipment for new launches and paint shop industrialization,
Implement paint shop standards and procedures within Plasman worldwide organization base on excellent project management skills,
Ensure paint development process meet the customer expectations in terms of specification, FTT, CT and process excellence,
Ensure SOP base on timing,
Deploy corporate standards and best practices within HQ and plants,
Define and write specification of paint shop, paint equipment, robotized cells, peripheral equipment and paint jigs,
Participate in paint line modification by giving technical recommendations and follow up suppliers.
follow up product development process according to customer requirements.
You bring
Understanding of expectations detailed through Organization Statements, Standards, Visions, Policies and Procedures (i.e. Mission, Values, Code of Conduct, Operational, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety) as referenced in Employee Handbooks and communicated through Orientation and/or other training awareness opportunities,
Additional training requirements may be identified based on plant-specific location (municipality/province/state/country) and/or operational needs that are commensurate with the duties, expectations and responsibilities of the role within the specific plant,
Ability to perform well in high pressure situations,
Possess sound financial and business insights,
Capable of independent travel to, from and within designated region,
You are self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work with minimal supervision,
You have communication skills, both written and verbal.
