Your Job
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for leading and assisting in assigned project groups in areas related to manufacturing, operational excellence and new product introduction.
WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience at Technician/Engineer level in a similar environment preferred
- Work on own initiative and interact with all levels in the company.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical approach to problem solving

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the daily support of the manufacturing operation and implement projects to improve the overall site performance.
- Actively assist in process validation (e.g., configuration planning and sample production) and documentation development
- Engage in lean practices to support the site Operational Excellence Program.
- Participate in the development, commissioning and validation of equipment and processes associated with new product introduction.
- Facilitate and support safety, environmental and ergonomic efforts.
- Ensure compliance with the site Quality Management systems and standards.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Policies, and comply with GMP procedures.
