The Client is the manufactures equipment for oil and gas drilling in Singapore. We are URGENTLY hiring below position:

• Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Warehouse Management System)
• Working Hours: Normal Office Hours; 730am-445pm; Permanent role
• Working Place: West Singapore
• Department: Warehouse

JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operation, safety requirements, department procedure, continuous improvement project.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or higher qualifications holder. Fresh Graduate with learning mind is welcome.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Warehouse environment or other relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in Warehouse Management System (SAP, ERP) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in PowerApps, Power BI will be an advantage.

• Support administration tasks of warehouse operation (incoming, storage, outgoing).
• Collaborate with shop to meet safety standards in warehouse (HARC, RA, lifting plan, safe work procedure, etc.).
• Lead and drive Root Cause Analyst (RCA) and report out to internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous Improvement project (CI) using Lean Six Sigma tools in warehouse environment
• Facilitate and work on the Management of CAPEX for the Singapore facility for Warehouse
• Represent Materials Review Board (MRB) for warehouse and provide the technical support needed for warehouse processes
• Assist in external audit (ISO, API, etc.).
