EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Technician / Technologist Diploma, or equivalent with 3 - 5 years’ experience in an electronic/electro-mechanical manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:
- Document assembly and process steps to allow manufacturing of products
- Generate and maintain programs for electronic assembly and inspection equipment (AOI, SMT, SPI, Reflow, Selective Solder, etc.)
- Support with the implementation of new equipment and processes
- Interface with NPI and Design Engineering to coordinate new product release to production
- Make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new and existing processes
- Provide training for manufacturing and test operators
- Design new fixtures to support process change
