EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Technician / Technologist Diploma, or equivalent with 3 - 5 years’ experience in an electronic/electro-mechanical manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

  • Document assembly and process steps to allow manufacturing of products
  • Generate and maintain programs for electronic assembly and inspection equipment (AOI, SMT, SPI, Reflow, Selective Solder, etc.)
  • Support with the implementation of new equipment and processes
  • Interface with NPI and Design Engineering to coordinate new product release to production
  • Make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new and existing processes
  • Provide training for manufacturing and test operators
  • Design new fixtures to support process change
