We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician with experience in pharmaceutical company/Life Science industries for a role in Singapore.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations, FDA guidelines, and industry best practices for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, collaborating with engineers and other team members to implement improvements and innovations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  • Participate in the validation and qualification of manufacturing processes and equipment, documenting procedures and results according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and waste reduction, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to resolve issues and achieve production goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to production personnel on new processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure effective implementation and adherence to standards.
