Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvements Program Deployment & Sustainability
  • Lead all initiative/programs of global and local programs to build World Class Manufacturing Culture in the organization (LEAN, Reliability, OPEX, LSS, Sustainability, Digital Manufacturing)
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Program system in the mill, conducting monthly tracking via general ideas and evaluation session, quarterly CIP contest.
  • Lead the Health Check session to develop the short-term & long-term plan for Operation Department to drive the continuous improvement.
  • Lead program (5S, Visual management of OSI, Real Time KPI) in the mill
  • Lead Kaizen workshop to improve the mill KPI’s (OEE, Waste, Energy and Maintenance Consumption)
  • Develop long term plan for the mill to drive the continuous improvement through these programs. Execute these initiatives/programs through supporting activities with the help of relevant stakeholders in the mill.
  • Monitor the progress of these initiatives at the mill through reviews & audits. Check & adjust to improve the effectiveness continuously.
  • Run constant refreshers for the team & new entrants to keep them connected, updated on the program to maintain its effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Mill Cost savings opportunities and implementation.
  • To benchmark and share best practices aiming to continuously improve the manufacturing and product supply capability of Kimberly Clark.
  • Continuously building team capability and supporting in identifying the gaps and developing action plan. Roll out of best practices and regular benchmarking with the best in the region.
