ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE
Candidates will display prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG as well as strong people management and leadership skills. Candidates will also demonstrate:
- Regulatory compliance and OH&S knowledge.
- Computer skills Microsoft Office, Scada systems experience, SAP or similar.
- Experience with implementation of continuous Improvement/lean methodologies
- Ability to drive positive team engagement in HSE behaviour and processes
- Logical, analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude (tertiary qualification in engineering would be preferred by not required)
Please note that this is a 24 hour site and while this is not a shift role there is an on-call element to the role.

Responsibilities:
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager, based at our Pinjarra site, to oversee operational requirements of the site. The responsibility of the role will include:
- Manage production teams and support functions to deliver seamless operation to ensure quality products are made safely and delivered to customers on time
- Sustainability, including Waste reduction, identifying new opportunities/efficiencies
- People management including Performance, training, progression
- Waste reduction by identifying new opportunities/efficiencies
- Quality management
