  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety and quality
    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and drive culture from the top down, with a focus on safety, quality, and continual improvement at our Canning Vale Bakery.
    Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will lead, manage and co-ordinate all activities associated with the timely and safe manufacture, supply, and distribution of all products in accordance with GWF policies and procedures.

Purpose of the Role

  • Actively support and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Production, Warehouse, & Distribution teams and interacts with all other functions across the site and region
  • Ensure food safety, legality and quality requirements are adhered to including the reporting of food safety incidents and adherence to requirements to ensure the integrity of the product is maintained
  • Build safety capability and continue eliminating Threat to Life risks
  • Management of Production operating costs, including direct and indirect labour, materials, manufacturing overheads
  • Demonstrate inclusive and constructive leadership to build a culture where people act like owners to deliver business goals
  • Positively manage change and fosters an environment where change is embraced
  • Role model Tip Top values and behaviours to inspire, lift engagement and proactively drive a high-performance culture

About You
