Are you a seasoned professional in the manufacturing industry? We’re seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Manager to lead this team! Our client is a household name and a big player in the Electrical sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline/industry
• Degree/Diploma in Operations Management
• Business Administration Qualification (MDP/MAP/PDM)
• Minimum of 15 years working in the Manufacturing Industry (unionized environment preferred)
• Experience in the steel environment (advantageous)

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Syspro (advantageous)
• Details knowledge of Electrical Transmission and Distribution systemsHigh level experience of Operations and maintenance of Distribution Transformers

• Oversee all functions, duties, and responsibilities of the Divisional Manufacturing Manager
• Manage a team of 3 production managers, supervisors and various other staff
• Experience with Manufacturing, Financial, Customer/Stakeholder relationship, Human Resource and SHEQ Management
