Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The Production Supervisor will lead and motivate the production team, monitor workflow, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or operations or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a production environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- The role involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production processes.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate production schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee and lead the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to enhance team morale and productivity, and conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines, while simultaneously monitoring and controlling production processes to achieve optimal efficiency and minimize downtime. Additionally, implement and enforce safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Allocate resources effectively, encompassing manpower and materials, to optimize production output. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources for seamless operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance production efficiency, streamline processes, and incorporate best practices.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds standards. Promptly investigate and address any quality issues, implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Provide comprehensive training to production staff covering safety protocols, job procedures, and quality standards. Identify skill gaps within the team and proactively facilitate training programs to enhance capabilities and ensure a skilled workforce.
