Description:

JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION QUALITY ENGINEER - 3RD SHIFT

Location: Moline, IL
Shift: 3rd Shift Onsite (10:30 pm start, variable start time for OT)

Responsibilities: As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide line support for assembly line production
  • Issue documentation and work orders
  • Conduct operator training
  • Lead efficiency projects to improve production processes
  • Execute safety projects, ensuring adherence to Harvester Safety Guidelines
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with salaried and wage personnel in a team environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to execute a variety of tasks
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience working in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following skills and experiences will be highly regarded:

  • Experience with 3D modeling software such as Creo, Autodesk
  • Additional [industry-specific] certifications or training

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must be open to variable shifts, including the 3rd shift with a 10:30 pm start time
  • Manager is open to recent grads
