Description:
MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- • Completed Industrial Engineering degree• 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing management.• Supervision of personnel at various technical and operational levels.• Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO 13485• Experience in lean manufacturing techniques, such as: Kanban, Product Flow, 6 Sigma• English 60%• Knowledge of the Quality System, legal/labor requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
- Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
- Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
- Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
- Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
- Management Skills: Management of Financial and Material Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Management of Personnel Resources, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication Skills.
