reTyre is in the process of building a brand new and revolutionary factory centrally located in Ski and needs even more skilled people to join the team now as production prepares to start. The factory will be the world’s first sustainable tire factory.
With our innovative production method, reTyre enables the use of new and sustainable materials that will replace rubber in pneumatic tires. We are committed to innovative technology and production methods that are sustainable for the world we live in, and this is reflected in all our activities.
We are now seeking more colleagues with expertise and experience in production. Everything from machine operators to technicians and industrial mechanics to form our new team in the Manufacturing department. We are looking for both junior and senior levels. Those who are already experienced team leaders or aspire to such a role are also welcome to apply for this position and inform us of their career goals. Together, we will build a department of competent, motivated, and engaged employees who complement each other’s strengths and bring out the best in each other. We work closely together in the organization to find the best solutions, and this department will work closely with the engineering team in R&D.
The production line will at some point in the future be staffed for 2 shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and optimizing production processes
- Adjusting machines for product changes
- Reporting deviations, conditions, and improvement opportunities
- Daily maintenance of machines
- Following up on HSE activities
In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects, documentation, workshops, and similar activities to enhance your own skills and contribute to development in the workplace.
