About the Role: Are you a Maori and Pacific Islander Hospital Liaison Officer who wants to support the community? We’re looking for a person who has what it takes to support our team to deliver exceptional services to Maori and Pacific Islander patients.
We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join the friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player.

You will contribute to our team with your passion and with the ability to:

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
  • well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
