This role is a 12 months contract onsite marketing support role with one of the top telecommunication company in Singapore.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in Marketing support, Events or Advertising
  • SAP experienced preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment with the constant need for changes due to the nature of the business and be a resourceful individual

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all purchase request timely
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow up on administering/ processing purchase orders, invoices, and proof of delivery, vendor payment query.
  • Scheduling and coordination of meeting
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Responsible for coordinating creative projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, setting timelines, and managing resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the desired level of quality
  • Tracking project progress and reporting on project status
