Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS :

As a post Marine Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in QHSE and MarinE Operational aspects for fleet vessels. Reporting to the Team Manager - DPA/CSO, you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment to ensure the seamless execution of voyages including developing, maintaining and implementing Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum O Levels /ITE / Diploma or equivalent.
Five years Experience in similar field A willingness to learn and develop in the field. A willingness to learn and develop in the field.
Able to work independently as well as in a team & willingness to learn and develop in the field.
Proficient in IT.
Able to work under pressure and tight timelines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive maritime environment.

Responsibilities:

Implement, and maintain Ship Management Systems (SMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Directly support Marine team in Vessel Operations.
Follow through on SIRE / CDI / PSC / flag state inspections and documentation
Compile month end reports, & vessel KPIs
Analyse data and performance metrics to track quality trends and make recommendations for corrective actions.
Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within operations.
To complete Vessel Questionnaire in various marine websites
Compile Internal & External audit reports and follow ups.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QHSE activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, and corrective actions.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management summarizing QHSE performance, trends, and initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to QHSE.
Day to day marine activities.
