Marine Sales Support Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years or more related experience working with customers in Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore, Heavy Machinery or other industrial sectors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skillsHave a strong sense of urgency, meticulous, excellent follow up skills and negotiation skills.

• Work closely with sales & service team to provide pre and post technical sales support
• Respond to customers’ enquiries, review project specifications, prepare sales quotations, etc.
• Coordinate with customers to facilitate the planning and scheduling of activities prior to commencement of work, ensure permit-to-work/ relevant approvals are obtained
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules
• Manage customer accounts and maintain positive relationshipsProvide regular reports and updates on ongoing jobs
