Support the business unit in coordinating activities across different regions. Manage communication and activity tracking, prepare progress reports, and assist in senior leadership communication to support the Regional Director.
Duration : 8 months
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)

Working Location : Bugis

• Support the business unit in coordinating activities across different regions.
• Manage communication and activity tracking, prepare progress reports, and assist in senior leadership communication to support the Regional Director.
• Conduct assessments for specific product areas under the guidance of the Manager.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly and assist the Manager with administrative duties as needed. Provide support for complex market access programs and track follow-ups.
• Utilize statistical analysis to inform policy development and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to customize data solutions to meet their unique business needs.

• Assist in monitoring and updating market access environment and policy changes for internal stakeholders.Conduct research and implement data analytics and machine learning models to address various business challenges.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Masters in Health Policy/Health/Health Economics or relevant disciplines
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Ability work across different APAC cultures and the Global team, flexibility to work across multiple time zones
• Previous market access / medical devices experience is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
