REQUIREMENTS:

  • An academic degree in a relevant field combined with proven and successful experience in similar position providing the basis to continue your professional development upon.
  • Strong analytical, organisation and problem solving skillss, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independantly and collaboratively in a multi cultural international environment and aiming for growth
  • Proficiency in MsOffice, CRMs, ERP and PowerBI type software and proven digital skillset

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Market Development Manager to join our team, where you will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing strategies to expland our market presences and drive revenue growth. You will manage a successful and collaborative team of six colleagues, spread across Europe, which hold various roles a Global Concept developer, Responsible Customer & Experience Visit and Competence development Manager. Further on you will report to Marketing Director (management team member of the company), and be part of the Marketing management team together with Communication Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager.

You will be in charge of:

  • Driving Market intelligence, based on external and internal data, to provide Ecophon with strategic guidance on market trends, business opportunities, growth, innovation and product strategy
  • Defining and executing market and customer segment strategies to focus action, building a value proposition and market share approach for each segment supported with an impactful story for the salesforce
  • Coordinating research and knowledge-building in interior building comfort (acoustics, well-being, esthetics, ..) with internal and external stakeholders (including the internal training program and visits/learning expeditions with external stakeholders)
  • Driving structured networking and lobbying to drive standards and norms in Acoustics and Well-being
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D & operations product teams to develop and market tailored solutions and offerings.
  • Analyse market data and performance metrics to track progress and support data driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to management
  • Staying up to date and integrating industry development, competitive landscape info and market and customer input
