Currently we are hiring for an:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture a minimum of 5 years of agronomic or sales experience with direct customer contact. Individuals with a 2-year diploma in agriculture and extensive industry experience will be considered. Ag retail experience is considered an asset.
• A keen interest in agronomy and a passion to help independent ag retailers succeed.
• Proven background in sales and ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees, and management of all levels.
• Ability to create and present interesting, informative, and educational technical presentations.
• Ability to effectively work independently in a remote environment, while also maintaining a collaborative virtual team relationship.
• Proven ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to lift 50 lb. bags, climb on and off farm machinery, walk and work in field plots.
• Daily travel, extended hours and overnight travel required.
