POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Market Expansion Lead to champion our efforts in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, drive sales efforts, negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving our market expansion efforts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience in Business Development
  • 1 year of experience in web3/crypto
  • Background in business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, or project management
  • Proven experience in market expansion and sales within the crypto industry
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling slides and presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmen

Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with banks, regulatory bodies and government agencies to facilitate business development
  • Drive sales efforts, negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to align market expansion strategies with overall business goals
  • Provide regular updates and reports on market expansion activities, sales progress and regulatory changes
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential partners and growth opportunities
  • Identify and contact potential projects to list on our exchange to drive user growth
  • Source and establish partnerships with fiat on-ramp providers for our exchange
  • Engage with marketing and PR agencies to enhance our user growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors to secure funding for our exchange
