Education

Experience

  • At least three years of experience with surgical device sales, clinical development or marketing in

  • Relevant experience in a similar position and proven track record
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and laparoscopic clinical procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer application

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Combine your strong experience and passion for healthcare by joining our dedicated filed team. In the role of Market Implementation Specialist, you are an energetic and motivated self-starter. You enjoy establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients internally and externally. As a product expert, you understand what surgeons and their teams need and connect with them on a personal level. In this exciting position, you work closely with local Sales Management, Clinical Development, Clinical Education, Branding, Customer Service and RA/QA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic and Tactical Implementation of Products

  • Work closely with local team and distributors in defining clinical sales and branding strategies.
  • Attend procedures to ascertain in-field product performance and market development opportunities.
  • Understand the selling process in the different Southeast Asian Markets to identify any roadblocks that would benefit from added analysis or action.
  • Work closely with local team to identify metrics to measure selling efficacy in Southeast Asia markets.
  • Support and manage new product introduction in the region.
  • Maintain up to date market and surgical procedure information.

Sales & Clinical Support

  • Provide clinical support to sales efforts during large-scale opportunities, evaluations, conversions, upgrades, new product launches, and client relationship management (CRM) in existing and new markets.
  • Provide clinical, procedural and product training to field team and clinical stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiry calls/ and emails while working closely with different teams for solutions and follow-up.
  • Participate and actively contribute to organized national, regional, and international meetings and congresses.

Branding, Congresses, Advertising, and Messaging

  • Work closely with local, regional team and headquarters (HQ) to develop a local market presence.
  • through brand awareness activities
  • Take the lead with the planning and preparation of local congresses.
  • Identify branding materials and appropriate demonstration stock.
  • Ensure post-meeting and post-course lead follow-up and congress feedback.
  • Support Clinical Education with local and international training courses and labs

RA/ QA

  • Help facilitate the process of Customer Experience Reports (CERs), Product Registration, and Recalls as necessary with our Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RA/QA) team.
