We are now looking for a Market Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and growing Luxury Escapes partner relationships with our hotel and third-party partners in order to drive incremental sales growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with hotel partners, review property performance and provide insights to increase revenue opportunities
  • Drive incremental sales for hotel through negotiating and contracting additional rates and value ads
  • Provide general reporting, post campaign reporting, data analytics and market research within assigned region to identify commercial opportunities
  • Confidently identify areas of opportunity through frequent discovery conversations with hotel partners
  • Demonstrate a sound ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced working environment whilst meeting all KPI’s
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize repeat performance
  • Foster relationships of new and existing clients
  • Be the Subject Management Expert for campaigns within designated region
  • Provide Commercial assistance to ensure campaigns are delivered in accordance to schedule
  • Be the partner support contact for live campaigns, including sales enquiries, closed sales and post-sale data
