Job Position: Market Manager (Sales) Job Purpose: - Responsible for sales targets for the MEA region by successfully maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. - To help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. Main Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations with regards to all elements of sales, ordering, production and order funding issues. - Oversee and manage all communications between distributor and Kia with regards to the above. - Negotiate and agree annual volume objectives for sales, orders and support, in line with Kia strategy and plans. - Ensure clear understanding of Kia strategy across the different parts of their region. - Ensure the distributors have a clear plan to achieve quality and quantity (coverage) of representation that supports Kia and distributor agreed growth targets. - Ensure Kia has a clear understanding of market dynamics, regulations and key issues impacting on Kia’s business, and that there are joint plans to minimize any negative impact and/or maximize performance. - Ensure that the distributor measures customer satisfaction on a regular monthly basis and in sufficient detail to allow corrective action to take place. - Ensure the distributor marketing is delivering short term sales objectives as well as longer term brand building targets. - Working with the distributor on executing flawless product launches, in their markets. - Ensure the distributor has the right product line-up for the market and the correct pricing strategy. - Ensure Dealer Agreement is active, current and being adhered to. - Ensure that sales and aftersales operations in the distributor are aligned and are working together for overall business success of Kia and distributor - Support all elements of reporting required by RHQ. - Working with the distributors on achieving distributor/dealer training objectives.
Requirements
