Market Research Interviewer

Randstad is currently partnering with a large State Government Department. We are seeking multiple Market Research Interviewers. This Department partners with external stakeholders in assisting them with collecting Data from the general public.
The next project will commence on the 15th of April and will be running until mid June with the possibility of extension. For this position we are looking for enthusiastic candidates who come from a Market Research background or have previous experience in an outbound call center.

To be successful in the position you must meet the following criteria;

• Confident in speaking to the general public
• Excellent phone manner
• Preferably previous market research interviewing experience or alternatively high volume call center work or outbound telemarketing experience
• Good interviewing skills (listening without judging, asking clear questions to clarify)
• Ability to follow a script
• Good computer skills
• Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
• Ability to undertake refusal conversion
• Empathetic and patient

• Ability to follow directionsWorking rights in Australia

Flexible hours (Monday - Friday + every second Saturday)

• AM shifts - 9:00 am to 2:30 pmPM shifts - 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm

• Location: Charlotte Street, Brisbane CBD
  Rate: $32.94 Per hour + super
