REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Pre-sales/sales/market research.
  • Working knowledge of cloud solutions / strong technical background.
  • Proficiency in English (min. B2) and German / Italian / French (min. B2).
  • Experience in solutioning, creating value propositions and crafting effective sales presentations.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify solution areas and generate sales enablement documents such as pitches and infosec questionnaires.
  • Comprehend client briefs and deliver insightful sales presentations through thorough industry research and analysis.
  • Develop effective sales presentations by identifying win themes and value propositions.
  • Create compelling pitch decks for cloud services spanning various industry verticals.
  • Manage the creation of bid responses to support sales efforts.
  • Facilitate sales kick-off calls with Sales organization and stakeholders to establish bid traceability matrices, working closely with the identified bid team for prompt response delivery.
  • Cultivate deep expertise in verticals and cloud solutions through continuous learning and research.
  • Conduct industry research across various sectors such as BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content, including pitch books, proposals, and commercials, in accordance with approved brand, design, and language guidelines.
  • Engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and cross-learning initiatives.
