Description:
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Market Researcher
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for market research initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organizationto achieve project goals and adjust project plans as necessary to respond to changing needs and requirements.
- Design and execute comprehensive market research studies using both qualitative methods (focus groups, in-depth interviews) and quantitative techniques (surveys, statistical analysis).
- Employ advanced research methodologies such as social listening and digital ethnography to capture broader market sentiments.
- Conduct extensive desk research to extract relevant data and trends from industry reports, academic publications, and other sources including internal and client content / reports.
- Analyze data meticulously to uncover patterns, trends, and insights tailored to client needs.
- Synthesize findings from diverse sources to provide clear, actionable insights that reinforce strategic decision-making for clients.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience in market research, particularly within the software & platforms / technology sector.
- Expertise in “both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.”
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other analytical tools.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to derive strategic insights from complex data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively
